Business Unit Description
Our Risk Management teams work to protect the safety and soundness of our systems and are responsible for identifying, managing, measuring and mitigating a spectrum of key risk types including credit, market, liquidity, systemic, operational and technology in all existing and new products, activities, processes and systems.
The Technology Risk Management department is responsible for setting strategic direction in the areas of IT Risk and Information Security. They are accountable for maintaining CLIENT's corporate security policies and control standards and acting as an operational arm for monitoring threat intelligence.
Position Summary
The Application Penetration Coordinator is responsible to manage Annual App Pentest Schedule. Interact with CLIENT application development teams to collect application details, onboard the application for testing, coordinate with App Pentesters , get the application tested within the scheduled time and publish the App Pentest report to development team. The individual should possess strong excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Specific Responsibilities
• Manage App Pentest Scope containing applications to be tested in-compliance with App Pentest Policy & Control Standards
• Manage Annual App Pentest Review Schedule
• Manage App Pentest scoping questionnaire and create application assessments in AppSec vulnerability management system
• Keep track of remediation of App Pentest vulnerability reported, Policy Deviations, GRC Issues and Risk Acceptances
• Coordinate meetings to facilitate App Pentest reviews
• Respond to regulatory requests & client questionnaire team by providing App Pentest artifacts

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager / coordinator
• Bachelor's degree is desirable
